The hotel is on the Asian side and is rated 3 stars, but it was one of the best 3 stars hotel that I found around the world so far. The location of the hotel was outstanding. Close to the sea, to the ferry, to the metro and bus stops, close to the market in Kadikoy with a lot of nice restaurants and local shops. We had lovely breakfasts with a lot of local varieties (great cheeses). The restaurant is on the top floor with a beautiful sea view, a lovely place to start your day. Our room wasn't too big, but it was clean, bright, and the view from the room was amazing (the room was on the 4th floor). Best of all was the very kind staff, especially Muhsin, who helped us with our transfers to/from the airport, tips on where to change money with the best exchange rates, where to take the ferry...(Istanbul lacks information in English, so any help was great). So, we really loved the hotel, and we'll be back there for sure. For any new trip to Istanbul, I'll book this hotel.

Hotel Location perfect for us, short walking distance from Underground (Kadikoy is directly connected to SAW Airport; Very convenient.), Ferries piers, Kadikoy restaurants and Bars. Restaurant on top floor offers a fantastic view towards the Bosforus. Staff very supportive, they managed to accomodate our request of two rooms next to each other; to print our boarding passes, and even to store our luggage for two days while we travelled to Cappadochia and back. Breakfast with lot's of food choice. Hotel also has a patio on the back, appreciated by smokers, or just to sit down and have a drink. Our rooms were full of light, quiet, comfortable and clean. All in all we had extremely good value for our money. Very pleased, I would go back again.

wonderful location of the hotel-Kadykoi isn’t- too touristic area like Sultanahmet so it’s much more authentic and has a lot of interesting places to visit too like really beautiful embankment, good and authentic restaurants of local food. To get to sultanahmet you just need to take a ferry and it takes 15 minutes. I liked a lot my room in the hotel, it was with wonderful sea view, had a comfortable bed, was clean and had everything a guest might need. I appreciated as well availability and help of the staff which was really kind, helpful and professional. Another good point is just a fantastic Turkish traditional breakfast served in the restaurant area with magnificent sea view. To conclude the hotel is just highly recommended!

A clean and safe hotel with a very friendly staff. There is an amazing view in the restaurant, you can see the beauty of Istanbul. I had a room with a beautiful view too. You can easily reach the hotel by with just one bus from the airport. The hotel is really close to the pier and grocery shops/supermarkets, as well as pharmacies. WiFi and elevator work well. Every day for breakfast there is the same, a very wide choice of food (a buffet), so you can plan what you are going to eat on the next day (there are many gluten free options). Cleaning service comes every day to ask if you need anything, but doesn't bother you if you don't need it. As a woman travelling alone I felt safe and I really recommend this place.

Nice view from the restaurant, good breakfast, every day cleaning, enough space in the room, the room is quite comfortable. Though the sightseeings are on the other sides of the city, there's a ferry in 10 min walk from the hotel (which departs very often). Several little grocery stores nearby, that is also good.
